Growing in Unity Day 1

Thanks for coming to visit! I'm glad to "see" you. This year has brought a lot for my family. The biggest is my daughter who was born at the end of last year. Watching her grow up has been amazing!  She just turned on this past Friday!

She has definitely brought so much joy to our lives!  

Onto my first project!

This card was made with a sentiment from December 2013 KOM.  The background is made from an embossing folder and Faber Castell gelatos (one of my new favorite supplies).  The gelatos have a little bit of shimmer to them but it doesn't photograph well.

    Pretty card! Wonderful technique on the background, the added silver to the hearts looks great! The bling border is a nice touch! Congrats on being this week's GIU designer!
